Shipping & Return Policy

INTRODUCTION

The Shipping and Return Policy describes the logistic process, the cancellation and returns procedures as well as how you are covered when you purchase from www.jdstorefashion.com.

1.  SHIPPING & TRACKING

     a.  We provide shipping worldwide except to certain countries.
     b.  All products are shipped via Registered Post with tracking.
     c.  Once payment has been submitted, the order is dispatched within 3-7 business days.
     d.  A confirmation email is sent once the order has been dispatched with the shipping and tracking details.
     e.  Requests to modify or cancel an order will only be accepted if done within 12 hours of placing the order.
     f.  You can track the progress of your order anytime by clicking on the link provided in the email or by using the option “Track Your Order” on our website.

2.  LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

      a.  As the products are dispatched from different warehouses, you may sometimes receive the delivery in several separate consignments.
      b.  The estimated time to delivery is around 1 to 3 weeks depending on the destination country.
      c.  We are not responsible for any local charges, customs duties, or taxes that may arise in your country.
      d.  We are not responsible for errors or delays made by the post. However, if you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact our Customer Support Team.
      e.  To ensure a quick and efficient resolution, once the package has reached your country, you must liaise directly with the local post, courier, or authority for any issues.
      f.   Ensure that your product is legally acceptable in your country and that you have all the required documentation. We are not responsible if the local authorities restrict its release.
      g.  We reserve the discretion as to the carrier to be used. Your preferred carrier may be used if you cover any additional shipping charges. Please contact us before ordering.
      h.  Due to logistic constraints, the delivery time may be delayed up to 8 weeks in certain rare cases.

3.  CANCELLATION

      a.  Our policy lasts for 35 days. If 35 days have passed since your order has been dispatched; no cancellation, return, or refund request will be accepted.
      b.  To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
      c.  Any product that has been worn, dirtied, washed, or ironed cannot be accepted for cancellation or refund.
      d.  Any product or package that has been custom-made (whether partially or fully) or custom-tailored cannot be accepted for cancellation or refund.
      e.  Requests received concerning a wrong decision made due to size, color, design, quantity, description interpretation, and style will not be accepted for cancellation.
      f.  No cancellation request will be accepted if you refuse to pay the local charges, customs duties, or taxes that arise in your country.
      g.  We only replace or refund products that are defective or damaged on arrival.

4.  RETURNS

     a.  If you need to return or exchange your product, send us an email at support@jdstorefashion.com. We will advise you of the warehouse address to return your order.
     b.  The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the product to us.
     c.  In case, there will be a request to return the product to the customer thereafter, additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
     d.  A restocking fee of 5% is applicable if the package is returned by the post due to the inability to deliver the package due to the client’s fault.

5.  REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours. A refund fee of up to 10% may be applicable in certain situations.
